The boys were super excited when Granny, Grandaddy and Alicia came to Houston for a visit during the last week of June! We got to introduce them to our lives here in Texas, took them swimming and then we all headed to San Antonio for a day trip to visit the Alamo and the River Walk! (those posts next to come!)

Granny & Grandaddy Visit!
We have been blessed with fining great churches during our travels and Texas does not disappoint! The boys had a blast at Vacation Bible School this year at Kingsland Baptist! Tyler is still too young to go to VBS, but he got the shirt and learned the songs just the same. This year's theme took them on an adventure to the Outback where they learned about God, got to make crafts and even see real snakes! Yes, snakes in the church but this time it was okay. Then, we finished off the week with a hot dog dinner -- our favorite!
The kids raised over $12k for international missions!
Look close below...you might see Zachary on the big screen! Imagine that!!
Then, the following Sunday they were able to perform their songs for the church. Fun times!
