Yesterday we did something wild and crazy... We decided to take a daytrip to the beach...ON A TUESDAY! Yeah, we're crazy like that. I am off until Friday night so we have a couple of days to kill. Our next field trip wasn't planned until Thursday, but yesterday we decided to add in another one. We went to Sandy Pointe State Park in Maryland for the day. It was only about an hour away and we had a great time! They boys loved the ocean but did miss our cabin in Michigan too. We did find another area that we want to go camping at in the not so distant future. After spending the entire day there, we ate at a local seafood restuarunt where we all tried new things. I'm not quite sure that I'm into the "beat it and eat it" way of life, nor do I want my meal to still look like it's alive, but the food tasted great just the same!
